Telephone Calls/Messages
Phone messages are dealt with in the order they are received. Therefore please anticipate a delay of 24 to 48 business hours for a return call. This may be longer if your doctor is away.
Appointment Times and Wait Times
Regular appointment slots are booked at 15minute intervals. When booking your appointment, if you feel you might need extra time please advise the receptionist.

Only patients with scheduled appointments will be seen. Accompanying a patient with a booking does not permit you to be seen. If you wish to be evaluated, you must arrange your own appointment through reception.

Appointments cannot be exchanged or transferred between patients at their own discretion.
​
Respecting these policies ensures that our physicians’ time is used appropriately and that all patients who have booked in advance receive the care they are entitled to.

Forms
Please submit all forms to reception. Where applicable, all forms must be signed by the patient in advance prior to completion by the physician.
​
As per OMA and CPSO guidelines, a physician has up to 60 days to complete.
​
Forms and notes will be billed in accordance with the PatientServ plan. ​
